This cosy apartment is ideally located for anybody looking to explore the very best of Montenegro. Right on the sea, Montenegro's famous clear blue water is within arm’s reach. The Bay of Kotor, Herceg Novi and countless Adriatic beaches are all within a short distance. Equally easy to reach are countless local restaurants and stores of every kind. The apartment itself is modern, fully furnished and is easily large enough to accommodate full families with children. Recently renovated, the apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. To give you a break from the Montenegro’s summer heat, there is air conditioning in every room, as well as double glazed windows. In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and all manner of cutlery and cooking utensils. There are three separate bedrooms (2+1+1), as well as a double sofa bed. There is also a bathroom on either floor, one with a shower and one with a bath. The two balconies affords excellent views over the water. The entire apartment is at your disposal. The apartment is located in the family-friendly town of Denovici. It is immediately on the sea by a promenade that affords beautiful views of Montenegro’s famous mountains and clear water. Right nearby, you will also find a wealth of cafes, shops and entertainment. There is really no better place to enjoy all that Montenegro has to offer. Public transport in Montenegro is cheap, reliable and accessible. Just ~300 metres from the apartment you will find a bus stop with buses that can take you all over the Bay of Kotor and surrounding areas. If you have a car with you, there is a space just in front of the house where you can park for free. Registration with the government Under the laws of Montenegro, each foreign tourist is required to register during the first 24 hours of their stay. You can register at the travel agency in the old town of Herceg Novi next to the church (the locals call this place Bela Vista). You will need your passport and the address of residence (Zelenika, BB). The registration fee is 80 euro cents / day for 1 person + 2 euros for each registration form of the resident (white cardboard / beli carton). Although registration is done at your own expense, we will be happy to offer you any help you might need. When leaving Montenegro and passing the border control, you may be asked to show your certificate of registration. Having a tourist visa does not exempt you from compulsory registration. When leaving Montenegro, the penalty for not having registered is 150 euros. Communication The cost of accommodation includes Internet access and 3 GB of Internet traffic. If this credit is exceeded, you’ll have to pay for internet services yourself (EUR 16 for 3 GB of traffic). During your stay in Montenegro, we also recommend that you buy a local SIM card. It might well prove useful if you need to get in touch, or if you need to call a taxi, book a table or arrange a tour.
