Located in a residential neighbourhood, there are strict policies which bind any reservation, and laid out in the House Rules: No parties, and noise levels must be considerate of neighbours. We strives to ensure peace and quiet for all of our guests, neighbours, and community. For that reason we use privacy-safe noise monitoring technology in all of our homes. They only monitor for excess levels of noise and do not record any types of sound or conversations and are in place to help ensure you also have a quiet and peaceful stay with us. The property is reserved and occupied at the sole risk of the guest/s. We love to get-to-know guests and their plans and needs prior to arrival, and meet you in person at check-in if time permits. Self check-in is also available. This is a residential property with no reception or concierge, and suited to the independent traveller. We remain at your disposal for advice or assistance by phone during your stay, but respect your privacy at the property. Guests are required to have the app on their mobile device for all communications, as per the platform T&C's. Our home is located in Applecross, WA, Australia. Applecross is located centrally. It is a quiet, affluent family suburb. The Swan River is an easy 5 min walk, watch the dolphins and swans frollic in the water. There is easy access to the City, Fremantle, and a short walk to a great cafe strip on Ardross Street. - 5 mins walk to beautiful Swan River - 5 mins walk to leafy Ardross Street with many cafes,restaurants, boutiques and gourmet grocer - 5 mins walk drive Garden City Shopping Centre - 10 mins drive to South Perth foreshore, Zoo and Kings Park - 5 mins walk to playground and oval - 30 mins drive to the Swan Valley wine region - 25 mins drive to Crown Casino The home is 5mins walk to the bus stop on Canning Highway which takes you to the train station. Guests have full access to all functional areas of the house and surrounds, including the enclosed children's play room, excluding locked storage cupboards. The house is family friendly, but guests with children must supervise their safety around hazards including stairs, under-bench oven, inside and outdoor kitchen etc. There is no car garage, all cars can be parked infront of the driveway or on the street.
