Just outside the village of Salviac (on the border of the Lot and Dordogne) on a private plot of 10,000 m2 you will find holiday home “Villa Pépy”, a spacious and quietly located “DETACHED” house for up to 5 people. older couples. The holiday home consists of a spacious living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and a semi-covered garden terrace. Everything is on the ground floor, no thresholds or stairs and parking in front of the door! The location is in a forest, completely enclosed with oak trees and greenery in the garden. Villa Pépy, a new luxury detached villa, suitable for 5 people just outside the village of Salviac in the LOT on the border of the Dordogne, located between the rivers Dordogne and LOT. The location is unique, in the middle of a forest of 1 hectare between hills, forests and many views that characterize the Midi-Pyrénées, a great place to recover from today's worries. There are many cycling and walking routes that the Tourism office has set out for you. In the village of Salviac is a beautiful public swimming pool with a large terrace, accessible to everyone. Villa Pepy has a large terrace of 60m2. which is partially covered. Through the entrance you enter the "grand salon", a very spacious room with a sofa, 2 armchairs, TV with Dutch channels, CD and DVD player, radio wifi and a pellet stove. The adjoining modern luxury kitchen has everything you need, such as an oven at chest height, Bosch fridge with freezer drawers, microwave, gas cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, etc. There are 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 with patio doors to the terrace and has a double bed (separate mattresses 2 meters) and bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a 2 mtr. mattress and bedroom 3 has a single bed. All bedrooms have heating. The bathroom has a very spacious walk-in shower and a large shower head, sink and washing machine.
