We have indoor games, a lending library with a variety of books for adults, teens + children. Music is taken care of with a boom box. Complimentary Internet and Foxtel is provided, and chromecast is connected for you to enjoy your own streaming service accounts. Suitable for small gatherings by prior arrangement only. (NB- extra charges may apply) Guests have access to the complete property. Our gorgeous cows - Snowy + Harry can be hand fed (through the fence) with lucerne hay provided. No PETS allowed. Please note: the 4th bedroom is a beautiful warm space with sunny filtered light, looking north. It is furnished with an adult’s King Single Bed + 1 KSB trundle, which rolls out from below, but is at floor level. This is room has a smaller footprint, and has very limited space when the trundle is rolled out. Once you are up, roll the bed back under, to enjoy the space during the day. The entire property is yours for your stay. We won't be there to greet you but we are available to answer all of your questions about the property and the local area. We can also connect you with local chefs/providores/local tours and special experiences to enjoy at the farm or surrounding arounds. There are lots of lovely walks nearby and at the end of our close, there is a walking trail through the forest to the top of Moeyan Hill. The bustling township of Berry is 5 minutes by car. Seven Mile Beach is only a 10 minute drive east from the farm, as is Gerroa, Gerringong and the Shoalhaven Heads. There also various, private taxi/car/mini bus services available to book to take you out for the day or to a nearby winery and return to collect you. Cambewarra Lookout is about a 15 minute tourist drive , south by car, and is a great viewing spot for the South Coast area and afternoon tea. Bó Farm is all yours.The farm is not suitable for your pets due to the nature of the furnishings, and the hazards of an unfenced dam. We stock a basic pantry which includes: Milk, Nespresso Coffee pods, Black and Herbal Teas, Salt, Pepper & Olive Oil + Vinegar. Please pop into a shop for your supplies, have it delivered to the house, or even better enjoy a meal prepared by your very own private chef. Must have, serious pampering sessions - Massage + beauty treatments can be booked to pamper yourself and your friends at the farm. We collect rainwater to use - triple filtered - and we operate a bio septic toilet system. Supervision of your children, at all times, is essential. We have an exterior security camera at the front/back doors.
