The Boathouse is an absolute waterfront property, situated just steps from the waters of Lake Macquarie with it's own private jetty. Newly renovated with all new furnishing that reflect a relaxing coastal vibe, you and your family are ensured to enjoy your time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We allow for a 24hr gap in between guests as well as extra thorough cleaning & disinfecting. All our cleaners are fully vaccinated. The Boathouse is ideal for families to spend some quality time together. Water views from every corner of the house with a spacious living room and both indoor & outdoor dining options. There are spaces specifically catered to young children to keep them entertained while you put your feet up and watch the sunset. The Boatshed downstairs has a air hockey table, kayaks, & it's own little kids nook. BYO boat to moore at our jetty, which has ample marine life & is great for fishing! There is strictly to be no parties at The Boathouse. Please respect our neighbours & note that quite hours are between 10pm-8am. Only our jetty is to be used, not neighbouring ones. Please also note that the maximum capacity for The Boathouse is 8 adults/children and 2 infants (under age of 5). Please no extra guests above what is booked. - Penalties apply. It is the ideal location to relax and wind down. Supermarkets are just a 10min drive away & plenty of delicious take away joints near by to bring back and enjoy with a water view. Boat ramp 2mins down the road, & plenty of nearby islands and beaches with boat access. We are aprox. 40mins drive to the Hunter Valley, which is perfect for a little day trip! It's best to explore all that Lake Macquarie offers by car.
