Villa, close to amenities & Airport cater for dogs

My house is your house, Gas Cooking, Shower/Bath. Close to all amenities , Bus stop at my gate, directly to Northlands Mall, Lyttleton, and the City. **Please note. I have another room available if you should need it, for a third or a couple. ( charge for extra room, $50 per night, covers cleaning adv payable to myself all arrival as I cannot message it with Airbnb without doing a whole separate things This Airbnb room is lovely and sunny, Has had a huge renovation, so now the house looks amazing... I put new “blackout” curtains for you ,so the room remains extremely dark, this is good due to getting your body clock back to normal, also to escape the heat. Queen sized bed. Have a nice barbecue area outside , large outdoor table, and a massive front lawn to relax in the sun. Cosy warm house. We are really friendly and welcoming and know you will love your stay. Your room is set well back from living area, it is only myself living here ( except school holidays when my son comes home. Basically my house is your house and you can come and go from it as you please you can cook and you can use any amenities within the house and outside. DOGS 🐶 are more than welcome, I don’t mind if they sleep in your bedroom but prefer them not to run through the house please, as the place has all got new carpet etc, we can address that When we get to know your pooch😊 He or she will have his own private backyard, The front and the back are fully fenced and there is no way that a dog could get out. I work from home a lot so if you are staying and going away I can take care of your pet if I am available. I have a Chihuahua and a Maltese so once they all make friends, then we could take them to the park or the lakes just up the road for a run and a play and a swim if need be. My house is a great place for dogs as there’s lots of places that they can be walked as we have lots of parks around us and not far away we have Lakes with nature walks. I love animals so your prized pet Will be very welcome here. I do charge $20 per night for a dog, airbnb does not seem to charge for this so we would have to make a private arrangement after your booking. I look forward to you coming and staying. You are able to access the entire house , Cook yourself a gourmet meal,you can enjoy a long bath, or crank up the bbq on the deck, we have a huge front lawn and our house is very private to other houses around and plenty of parking . If we are here, obviously we would let you in, has it’s own gate to your private court yard. Yes I am totally happy interacting with you, we are extremely friendly and very welcoming, or if you need privacy, the room is at the back with its doors opening to a deck. Place is close to the airport, we have a bus stop right outside that takes you to Riccarton Mall also to Northlands Mall, these are two of the biggest ones in Christchurch. If you chose to walk to Northlands Mall would only take you about 15 minutes. We have many parks nearby which is a great place to go for a walk or if you have a dog is a great place for them to run around. We also have some lakes near us, probably about a 10 minute drive which you can also take dogs to and you can also go there for a swim yourself on a hot day ,it’s not too far from here. We are about three minutes away from the Motorway, so if you need to go to Hornby Dress Mart for cheap shopping ,it would only take you about six minutes drive. A five minute walk would get you to the Supermarket ,( New World) ,Bottle-store,Chemists etc, it’s a small shopping Centre. The airport is about eight minutes drive, near the airport is where they have a lot of food places, Restaurants , Subway, Japanese, KFC, and of course McDonald’s…😊, and so many more, it’s called SPITFIRE, if you would like to (Hidden by Airbnb) to see what’s available there,also a large Supermarket . I am happy to take you places and if I am available at the time. There is a bus stop just outside my gate, that takes you directly to the City Centre, also to Northlands and Riccarton and further.. ,we have a four car garage and plenty of outside space to park cars off the street, Your Cars can be parked down our long driveway , no one can see them as we have a good sized gates, also we have a lot of security and security lighting, so if you came home when it is dark the security lighting which will automatically turn on for you. I have been known to let people use my Nisan Dualis, a fee does incur, we can discuss that privately. Or the famous Lime Scooters😊😂. I have 2 Bedrooms,each one has a Queen size bed, if you are 2 people staying and require a room each, please let me know, as Airbnb does not have the option of listing another room, so we would need to sort it out between us when you arrive. The charge would be $60 per night, (the same as if quest number 3 stays and uses room). I have also taken off the cleaning fee off the second room. There is a bus right outside my gate, which can take you into the city or the malls, it also has a direct route to the airport. I can also pick you up from the airport if it is not in the middle of the night or something crazy like that You’re welcome to make yourself breakfast , you have full use of the kitchen and any amenities in the house , I also have a cleaner , so if you’re staying longer than a week, sheets will be changed weekly in your room vacuumed and cleaned every week . I might even help you with the washing 🤷‍♂️🤣
