Welcoming summer apartment ideal for couples

A beautiful, new holiday apartment(part of the cottage)ideal for couples looking to experience the tranquility and beauty of the Ionian countryside. Located in walking distance from some of the most beautiful beaches of the island, our holiday home is optimal for guests that want to relax on the beach and explore the majestic countryside of Corfu. The tranquil location of the cottage accompanied by its advantageous proximity to all sorts of entertainment guarantee a relaxing yet fun holiday. The inside of the cottage is composed from a spacious, fully equiped kitchen, a living room with a dining table, chairs, TV and an independent air-conditioner; ideal for relaxing moments inside the house. The big bedroom includes two single beds with their bedtables, a large built-in wardrobe and an independent air-conditioner. The bathroom comes complete with everything a guest needs (toilet, shower etc.) which also includes a washing machine. The house except from the wide courtyard and the private parking space, it is also has a beatifull backyard terrace for exceptional relaxing moments during your summer holidays. Guest will be able to have full access to all outdoor spaces of the house, including the spacious back-yard. We will be happy to inform guests on local entertainment, shopping, and provide useful information regarding our beautiful island and the activities that it provides. We are also readily available to assist guests with any issue that they might face during their holiday. Our villas are located in a tranquil position just outside the small traditional village of Liapades. Liapades and the greater Palaiokastritsa area are popular touristic destinations for a variety of nationalities and therefore offer a plethora of entertainment activities. The locals are welcoming and most of them speak English. The main Liapades beach is a ten minute walk from the house, while several more beaches can be quickly reached after walking fifteen to twenty minutes. Guests will also have the opportunity to explore the traditional village of Liapades and admire its unique architecture and traditional Corfiot vibe. The cottage is also situated in a very serene location but very close to all the entertainment choices and ammenities that Liapades offers. More specifically our guests can find 2 ATMs, several car/bike/boat rentals, numerous bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, a surgery, a bakery, and mini markets in walking distance from the house. The main village bus station is situated 150m from our villa, with very frequent itineraries for the city of Corfu. Additionally, there are several car/bike rentals in the area if guests decide to rent a vehicle to explore the island.
