[Room A] Cozy family room in a house in Tebet

Located in the south of Jakarta, 10 mins away from the vibrant Jl Kasablanka and the nearest commuter line train station, but sits in a relatively quiet neighborhood that you can still find street food seller passing by, this room makes for a perfect home away from home. This room has one king and two single beds, a dining table, and shared access to a living room, full bathroom, and kitchen. Several parks, many different cafes and restaurants, and 3mini-marts are all within walking distance. The AirBNB space includes a shared bathroom, a fully-functioning kitchen, and a living room. The listed property is part of my house but shared only with other guests and has its own entrance. In the property, there are three main areas that guests share with each other; living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Someone (either my staff of I) will greet you upon arrival. I work during the day, but I stay in the house connected to the airbnb home and will be available upon request. I am reachable via email, (Hidden by Airbnb) , and the airbnb app. Feel free to also ask me for recommendations on places to visit! a supermarket, a traditional market, coffee shops, small restaurants, and two jogger-friendly parks all within a walking distance. If I'm at home I can even walk with you :) You can easily book an online taxicab or bike taxi from the place to get around (let me know if you would like recommendations on what apps might be useful during your stay) from the place. The nearest commuter line stations are Stasiun Tebet and Stasiun Cawang (both are 6-8 minutes ride from the house) There are cats and (sometimes) tiny chickens roaming around the small park in front of the house. They're really pretty and generally make for delightful neighbors but please be careful if you have allergies.
