This beautiful and comfortable second floor apartment (88 m²) is situated in a house that has been split into two separate apartments with a shared entrance. There is no elevator access. Main floor The living room (25 m² - southwest facing) is air conditioned and has two windows that overlook the yard. The room is furnished with a sofa, a table and six chairs, and a buffet. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with an electric oven, a refrigerator, and a gas stove. The first bedroom (13. 95 m² - northeast facing) has two windows that overlook the street and contains a double bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, and an armoire. The second bedroom (13. 95 m² - northeast facing) also has two windows that overlook the street and has two single beds, two bedside tables, and an armoire. There is also a small room where you will find the boiler and the washing machine. 2nd floor A spiral staircase leads to a third bedroom. About the neighborhood The Grand Canal and the train station, the apartment is situated in the Santa Croce district. The nearby Campo San Giacomo from Orio, from the tourist traps, is a haven of peace. In the summer you'll find children taking shelter from the sun under the large trees. This district, off the beaten path and frequented by locals, is nonetheless only 15 minutes walk from the Rialto district and 10 minutes from Campo Santa Margherita, one of the busiest and most popular squares in all of Venice. The square is also home to lots of student bars.
