The Guest Wing - Boutique Space in Dartmoor Valley

The Guest Wing forms part of our medieval house nestled in an idyllic hamlet within Dartmoor National Park. Guests have exclusive use of this wing of the house where historic beauty is sensitively combined with 21st Century modern luxuries. The perfect place to escape. Walk out of the door and up the lane onto the open moors, curl up by the fire with a favourite book or luxuriate in bed watching a movie. The Guest Wing is attached to the main house but completely private with its own entrance and private parking. Downstairs is an open-plan living room with dining area, well-equipped kitchenette (kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, microwave-combi oven, one ring plug-in hob), cosy seating area with a sofa-bed and wood-burning stove. Upstairs is a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and rainfall shower, TV, wardrobe and vanity. Guests have their own entrance and can come and go undisturbed. The owners live in the other part of the house and are available if needed. The village shop, tea rooms and local pubs are a ten minute walk and a short (15 minute) drive away are historic local towns with small independent shops, artisan food, bakery, cafes and restaurants. Further afield is the beautiful south Devon coast with it's idyllic beaches and coastal path.
