Apartment in townhouse next to nature and the city

Welcome to our townhouse in a green and quiet area just 2 km from the city center and with the popular nature area Delsjön outside the door. Here you can go for a swim in the lakes and enjoy city life in the same day. In our basement we offer you a newly renovated one room apartment with your own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a separate entrance. The appartement is perfect for one two persons. The apartment is placed in the basemnet of our townhouse with two windows and a separate entrance. There is one king size bed (160cm) and the possibility to place an extra mattress on the floor or place a baby's bed if needed. We installed a full size equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, toilett and sink. Besides a 2 persons sofa their is a foldable diningtabel for 2-6 persons. You have access to the laundry room that we use ourselves and which is placed next to the bathroom. Their is no TV but access to wifi. If you need we can arange with baby equippement like baby bed and child's chair. Please let us know in advance. If we are at home during your stay we are more than happy to give you tips about the surroundnings. We love being outside ourselves and spend a lot of time biking/running in the forest and surfing and sailing on the ocean. The area is green, quiet and family friendly close to the center of Gothenburg and next to the nature area Delsjön. The Delsjö area is home to a nature reserve, big lakes and stunning woodland. Here you can go for a walk, trailrunning, swim or a canoe trip. The lake Stora Delsjön offers a big beach and you can also swim from rocks and bathing platforms. There are superb hiking trails and jogging tracks starting from the Skatås fitness centre. The area also offers great mountainbiking for all levels. The tram station and the grocery store is just around the corner together with two pizzerias and a Thai restaurant. The popular amusement park Liseberg is 4 minutes by tram and the gothenburg fair and convention center 6 minutes. As we live close to the city it is easy to get around. The nearest tramstation is 250 meters from the house and it takes 6-10 minutes to the center. By bike its 10 minutes and if you feel for a walk (which we often do) its about 30 minutes. The tram takes 6 minutes to the station where the airport bus stops. If you are arriving by car there is free parking on the street.
