La Petite Grange - ideal for two, pool/games barn

Small and perfectly formed - charming stone cottage, ideal for two, with shared use of pool and games barn. This sweet, self-contained accommodation comes with a mezzanine sleeping area, shower room, kitchen and private terrace. Situated in a sleepy hamlet in the beautiful Limousin region of South-West France, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. La Petite Grange is self-contained and not attached to another inhabited property. The mezzanine level sleeps two people - in two single beds OR one double (by prior arrangement). Note that access is via a steep staircase so is not suitable for very young children or the infirm. The 6m x 4m in-ground pool is unheated and is shared with guests from our nearby gite. We live on-site so are on-hand to maintain the garden and pool, and feed the animals (goats, hens, cats and a dog). However, you will have a private secluded terrace for your exclusive use. The local area has much to offer including swimming lakes, fishing, cycle routes, brocantes and markets. You will need a car. We are within one hours drive of both Limoges and Poitiers airports. The shared, unheated pool is available for between May and October. Use is at guests' own risk and children must be supervised at all times. We have a number of animals on site (cats, a dog, hens and goats) - they are all friendly and use the garden.
