Ahoy 2 is one half of the original farm house on this property. Big private garden and guests have use of communal swimming pool which is shared between the 5 houses on property. In center of town. Walk out front gate & have restaurants, shops & art galleries on your doorstep. Enclosed garden. Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement only. Pet house rules apply. The old farmhouse features have been preserved - beautiful high ceilings. Large veranda overlooking garden. Old water reservoir converted into swimming pool. House has 3 bedrooms. Can accommodate minimum 4, maximum 6 people. Ahoy 3 is right next to Ahoy 2 (old farmhouse split into 2 houses). Private Garden. Barbeque in garden. Communal swimming pool for exclusive use of guests booked & staying on property. Please be respectful towards other guests by following house rules, which includes no day visitors. Extra visitors using pool means that all guests staying on property can not enjoy pool. I'm available on my cell phone and at my shop just outside property, Lily's. Property is located in center of town. Walking distance from well known restaurants, art galleries, shops and 10 minutes leisurely walk to beach. Parking available on property. Not covered. We do not have Uber or taxi services in Paternoster. No taxi's, trains or buses from nearby towns. * House sleeps minimum 4 and maximum 6 people - this includes children of all ages. *Base price is for 4 people only. Guest (Website hidden by Airbnb) R250 per person per night extra - this includes children of all ages. 1 child under 3 per booking can stay complimentary - pls include this information in your booking correspondence. * Stays of 6 days or longer, receives a refresh cleaning service. This includes the following only: Changing of linen and bath towels, Sweeping and mopping of house. sweeping of verandah. Cleaning of bathrooms. If guests require additional cleaning services, this to be arranged beforehand and is at an extra cost. * Pets are welcome - by prior arrangement only. Pet house rules apply. PET HOUSE RULES: • Only socially friendly pets welcome: to other humans and to other pets. • Pets to bring own beds, bedding and towels. Sofas and beds are strictly for human use only. • Pet owners are responsible for the cleaning up of all pet poopies, around the house as well as around other people’s gardens, during stay & before departure. • Pets are not to be left by themselves under any circumstances. Inside or outside the house. • Pet owners are responsible for all damage caused by pets, either by teeth, claws, bad potty training or territorial markings. • Pets are not allowed to do any gardening, replanting or composting. • All hair left behind by pets are the sole responsibility of the pet owner and should be cleaned up before departure. • Pets are not allowed in communal areas, ie swimming pool area, when there are other guests already at pool.
