The apartment is on the first floor in a two apartment family house with access to a beautiful garden area. The house is situated in the green area of Mosfellsbær, which is a suburb on the outskirts of Reykjavik, located very conveniently for self drive sightseeing tours to both south and west Iceland. The apartment has wonderful view, overlooking Mount Esja and yet is just a 15 minute easy drive to central Reykjavík. This is lovely 156 m2 flat with lots of natural light and views of the garden and surroundings. There are 3 bedrooms. One has king size bed and the two other have a single bed. In part of the living room is a sofa where two persons can sleep. The TV is in front of the sofa. The kitchen is gorgeous brand, fully equipped, utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and hanging space. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The living room is spacious with beautiful furniture and has open fire. The flat is geothermally heated, well lit and really cosy. The whole apartment The surrounding area is very peaceful and offers many walking routes in the versatile nature nearby. In Mosfellsbær is geothermally heated swimming pool that is repeatedy voted the best in Reykjavík. The flat is a mere 20 minutes´drive from Þingvellir National Park.
