Welcome to the Cy Garden Views Apt.This property is located within a private complex, fully Equipped & Air-Conditioned, has a smart T.V with access to the NETFLIX and unlimited WIFI, all included in the rental price. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower, the other bedroom have two single beds, there is also a cot and high-chair for younger children. There is also a communal pool set in green surroundings with fantastic views. Cypress Garden Views Apartment is perfect for families or groups who want a relaxing and quiet holiday in a village setting, our apartment is the ideal location to relax and enjoy the sunshine or to base yourself while exploring the beauty of Cyprus. The apartment is situated on a complex in a quiet village surrounded by trees, has its own allocated parking space and the whole complex is protected by coded electronic gates. The large private balcony offers views across the valley and also a distant sea view. There are several supermarkets within 5 minutes drive and there are Tavernas, Cafeterias and a take away in the village. The apartment is literally a 6 minute drive away from the airport I am always available for any assistance either by phone or email. Special interest holidays: Coast/Beach: Larnaca town is about 10 minutes from the apartment, has several beautiful sandy beaches, Finikoudes, Makenzy, with sun beds, umbrellas, water sports, scuba diving, snack bars and restaurants, the nearest beaches are Faros Beach, Spyros Beach and Careta beach in Mazodos, other quiet beaches which are ideal for a picnic are 5 minutes drive away. The famous golden sands of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 40-50 minutes drive. Nearby attractions include:- The church of Angeloktisti, in the village of Kiti, has one of the finest examples of Byzantine art of the Justinian period. Choirokoitia is one of the best preserved sites of a prehistoric settlement brought to light in the Eastern Mediterranean, and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site. Lefkara, is perhaps the most picturesque, with its narrow streets and stone houses with red-tiled roofs and central courtyards, and a history of producing wonderful handicrafts a traditional kind of lace known the world over as “lefkaritika”. Just 10 minutes drive away is the recently opened Olympic standard shooting range in Klavdia, (hosts to the European Championship Shotgun event which is run by the European Shooting Confederation), Mazotos Animal Park, Ten Pin Bowling, Cinema and Go karting. A great central location for exploring. Kiti, Pervolia and Meneou area have a lot of restaurants, shops, supermarkets,and cafeterias as well as Pharmacies, doctors and banks. We would like to advise our guests that we consider car hire to be essential / drive on the left! Free Parking. Also there are local buses that go in and out of town. Amazing apartment with large veranda closed to Pervolia , Meneou beaches, the famous Faros beach it is only 3 minutes away and Mackenzie 7 minutes.
