Bamboo Hut @ Lumbung Damuh, Seaside Eco-homestay

The Single Bamboo Hut is a private bungalow complete with its own bathroom and small balcony within Lumbung Damuh. Showcasing natural materials such as bamboo, wood, alang-alang grass, rocks and clay, it is a cozy accommodation that makes you feel connected with nature. The clay sections of the Bamboo re-uses plastic and glass bottles as eco-friendly, decorative touches. Lumbung Damuh is an eco-friendly, beachfront homestay. We provide coffee, tea, breakfast which features homemade bread and jams, free drinking water refills, compost and recycling bins, kayaks, daily yoga classes by donation on-site, and staff that can help you with whatever you need. In additional to full access to the Bamboo's bedroom, balcony and private washroom, guests have access to the main house's two bathrooms where there is hot water showers, laundry machine, common gathering areas, kitchen and gardens We, Tania and Lempot, are happy to help you with making Lumbung Damuh your "home away from home". We and our family live in the main house of Lumbung Damuh so we will always be around! We also have a number of staff to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. We are located in the village of Buitan where there are mini-marts, warungs and restaurants, a diving center, and handmade Balinese craft shops. Buitan Beach is a black sand beach. Depending on the time of the day, it is good for kayaking, surfing and swimming. Buitan Beach is also a hotspot for Hindu ceremonies throughout the year. Walking around Buitan is very easy. To trek out, drivers are easy to find and transportation by car can be easily arranged. We can also arrange motorbikes for guests to rent. We are located in the district of Manggis where it is a declared safe zone from the volcano Mount Agung.
