Gorgeous light and airy family home on 2 levels. Outdoor space with built in BBQ, swimming pool and fenced garden. Comfortably sleeps 7 across 4 separate bedrooms. House located in very quiet cul de sac, immediately opposite a children's leafy playground. Walking distance to train and bus stations for access to Melbourne City Centre, beach and other attractions. The pool is fenced and located in the rear garden. It is used at the guests responsibility. A house on 2 levels with a large and extremely private garden at the rear containing an outdoor seating / dining area, a fenced salt pool (8m x 4m) and a second garden at the front with porch. House comfortably sleeps 7. Downstairs there is: * quiet living / reading room, * bedroom with a queen bed, * playroom / bedroom with a comfortable single daybed and underneath pull out trundle bed, * large bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, basin and large bath * Additional separate toilet & hand basin * very large modern kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of work bench space and seating. Long bench with 4 bar stools * utility / laundry area with washing machine & clothes rack * dining area with 6 seater table and chairs * desk / study area under the stairs * living room area with plenty of seating Large glass windows all around the living / dining / kitchen area makes this a beautiful space to relax and spend time with family and friends. Three sets of self closing / locking doors lead out into the garden & pool area. Large awnings have been installed and can be easily wound out to shelter the outdoor seating area if needed. Upstairs there is: * a large master bedroom with queen bed, walk through closet with built in wardrobes and cupboards and a large ensuite bathroom * a bedroom with a single bed Guests will have access to all house amenities and rooms with the exception of one locked off room downstairs. Guests can park one car inside the front garden in the designated car port area. There is parking available in the cul de sac street. Whilst the owners are overseas - a house manager will be contactable during your stay should the need arise to resolve any problems. House situated in a quiet cul de sac which has a children's playground and also a barbecue area at your disposal. Guests can walk to Martin Street where they will find cafes, supermarket, speciality shops and Gardenvale train station. 30 min drive from the Melbourne Tullamarine airport. Off street parking available in a private car port. Approx 15 minutes by train from Gardenvale to Central Flinders Street Station. A bus stop to the city is also at the end of the street. The beach is approx 2km away. The inside and outside of the house are a perfect entertaining space however it should be notes that any get togethers or celebrations should be limited to the booked guests UNLESS prior permission by the owners has been granted. Guests are asked to leave the house as they found it and to follow the house rules with regards to their exit and what is covered by the exit clean. We remind all guests that the owners accept no responsibility for pool use by guests during their stay and children should be supervised at all times even though the pool is a separate fenced area in the rear garden.
