Cotswolds Shepherds Hut - horse/bike/walk retreat

In the heart of the Cotswolds in an idyllic rural location with outstanding views and access to countryside on horseback, foot or bike. The shepherds hut has a flexible configuration of two singles or kingsize bed making it suitable for friends or a couple. Hut also contains a woodburning stove and comfortable seating area. Separately appointed shower, loo, kitchen/seating area. Outside seating area, BBQ and stables for horses (additional cost)/bikes(FOC). Exclusive use of hut & all facilities Locally hand crafted shepherds hut set in a rural equestrian location with outstanding views across the Cotswolds for both you and your horses/bikes. Exclusive use no shared facilities. Dogs welcome. Stables for two horses at additional cost (or bikes free of charge). Stables and own tackroom co-located with shepherds hut in own discrete area of the larger property for a great rural getaway. All bedlinen/towels and wood are included and fully kitted out kitchen and seating area. Stabling and lessons available on site (for additional charge - contact host for details), use of large outdoor school, excellent local hacking routes directly from the property, and great local cross country/jumping facilities to suit all abilities and interests equestrian. We live on site and are always around and available to provide help or offer advice on things to do and explore in the local area. We can provide lessons by prior arrangement if you choose to bring your own horse for your getaway Beautiful rural location with extensive network of walking, riding and cycling options to explore the local area and enjoy a great rural getaway. Yet the location is close to many attractions including Stratford Upon Avon (8miles), Chipping Campden (3miles), Stow on Wold (8 miles), Broadway (6miles) and numerous National Trust venues. In addition there are an extensive range of local pubs and restaurants located in the surrounding Cotswold villages providing a range of options to cater for all tastes. Plenty of parking on site. Ideally need a car, bike or horse to make the most of your stay and explore the local area. Local public transport options include Moreton in Marsh train station (5 minutes drive away) with plenty of taxis to get to us.
