Know Your Space:-YourDuplex Pinewood Chalets have a intricate design, with a spacious, open plan ground floor containing double bed, sitting area, bathroom, TV area and outdoor balcony, Wooden staircase accesses the upper floor bedroom, which overlooks the ground floor and contains two single beds. Attached washroom at ground floor has glass cubicle, rain shower, and superb modern fittings. All furniture is handmade and of the highest quality, using superior materials. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style in the dining room made in the traditional Himachali stacked- stone design style. Both indoor and outdoor seating is provided with benches outside overlooking the forested valley. A short walk downwards will take you to small river. Getting around is super easy as we are just 4km from the National Highway at Kaithlighat and 16km from Shimla. You have option of going to Shimla for day excursion or choosing from the activities we have for you (extra charges) Activities:- 1)Nature walks and hiking:-Gorgeous hills and forests surround this place with numerous trails and paths that can be accessed by our guests either individually or in guided groups. 2)Wildlife spotting:-On the shortest walk, or even just looking out from the balcony, an abundance of wildlife can be seen and heard. There is a huge variety of birdlife, such as kalij pheasants, peacocks, Western tragopans, parrots, nightingales, owls, pigeons and eagles, and a great many animal species nearby, including leopards, jungle foul, mountain goats, foxes, barasinghas, and barking deers. 3)Village visit:-For guests who wish to get a flavour of real Himachali life, we organize visits to nearby village from where we source our vegetables and take fresh daily deliveries of milk. Interacting with the villagers, one can gain an understanding about the lifestyles and livelihoods in this part of the world. 4)Mountain biking:-We have six mountain bikes on site, which can be rented by all our guests. 5)Forest picnics:-We can organize sumptuous picnics in the meadow below the Resort, or provide packed lunches for our guests to carry themselves on their hikes. 6)Camping:-For those who want to get as close to nature as possible, and spend a night under the stars, we can organize camping within the property. 7)Bonfires:- It can be arranged on demand. *Inclusions:- Your price is inclusive of Breakfast & dinner.
