Your space includes a beautiful pitched roof bedroom complete with an en-suite and kitchen nook for your continental breakfast preparation. It is set on an attractive leafy hill and only a short walk to public transport, restaurants and shopping. Eltham is the gateway to the Yarra Valley and is a short drive to award winning wineries, Montsalvat, St Andrews market and a myriad of other highlights, none the least for a wonderful landscape with amazing vistas in all directions. Fresh and clean, the room has an en suite and a separate nook with coffee and tea making facilities. The accommodation has its own private access through a garden courtyard. A continental breakfast is included. You will have a self-contained area with a private bathroom, which will not be accessible from the main house. We will make you most welcome without intruding. It's your private time. Your room is attractive and comfortable and has its own access from the french doors out to a picturesque garden setting. Set on the high side of the road, Kerrie Crescent is a lovely windy, unsealed lane and remains one of Eltham's little treasures. Walk: 10 - 15 minute walk to Eltham center, train and bus stations, shopping or Eltham library. Drive: A two minute drive to same. We have a lovely 14 year old dog named Pacha. She loves a pat but keeps to herself. She maybe out in the garden enjoying the sunshine.
