Charming house with Swiming Pool

Villa with swimming pool in the heart of the Lauragais hills, 15mn from Toulouse. Our House is ideal for families and we put at your disposal all the facilities for babies and children's toys. Pass sports and relaxing holiday. Our house (180 m2) is surrounded by a beautiful garden (2700 m2) where we are able to see the Pyrenees. In the garden, several pine and ash trees provide cooling shade. The view from the terrace (facing South), very relaxing, also overlooks the pool which has been built. The living room with a large wooden table (10 people), a large sofa, a piano and a modern fireplace. The open kitchen overlooks the living room and can cook while participating in conversations. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, etc.. The parents' room is also large (27 m2) and gives one side of the terrace and the other on a dressing room and a bathroom which has a large walk-in shower. In the bathroom there is an elliptical trainer that can do sport while watching the Pyrenees mountains. We have 3 other rooms, - One for our eldest daughter - One for our twins (15 m2) with two beds. - One bed room for our guests (double bed) with a private bathroom. We live in a typical village of 650 inhabitants in the region with a lovely church. Situated a little away from the village, our house is in a hamlet that has 5 houses. We know very well our neighbors with whom we have excellent relations. The atmosphere is warm and very quiet. From here, we only hear the birds singing. Toulouse is 17 km away from us and we reach the city center in 20 minutes. Numerous sights are available in less than two hours around our house : Carcassonne, the Pyrenees, Gers, Lot Millau, R
