Corner's cottage in the country side

A lovely country cottage set in a tranquil country garden with a patio. Very close to lake Lugano and set in the area of Monte S. Giorgio, UNESCO World’s Heritage, this house is ideal for families and couples. On the ground floor the house has a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a nice and cosy living room with a sofa bed, on the first floor 2 big bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other one with a queen size bed and 2 bathrooms on the mezzanine. This house has belonged to my family since I was a child! For me it's a nice escape from busy Milan. The kitchen and living-room are on the ground floor but you will be able to enjoy breakfast/lunch/supper under the patio in the garden. The use of the fireplace in the kitchen is not permitted. You are welcome to use the whole house but as it is a private house you are kindly requested to have care of it and not touch personal things and objects. You will have closets and drawers for your personal use and you are requested not to use and open other closets which are personal. The attic is for private use. Pets are welcome but I kindly ask to leave the house and especially the garden clean and tidy. I will be more than pleased to suggest places to visit as well as restaurants and nice cafeterias to have an enjoyable time. In any case to give you an idea, Como is just 1h driving, busy and exciting Milan 1h driving or 1h 15 min by train, Lugano 30 min driving, Varese and its beautiful Sacro Monte and Campo dei Fiori just 20 min driving, lake Maggiore about 1h driving. I will be available also to give infos about nearer supermarkets and shops. Please take good note that in compliance with the current Italian regulations, it is mandatory to communicate the data of all the guests (children included) to the competent Police Headquarter through the website "Alloggiati". Therefore at the time of check-in you will be asked for documents or passports in order to transmit the data. You will be asked to sign a contract in which you will also be informed of the processing of personal data in accordance with EU regulations.
