If you are a party person have a Bar you to keep your own drinks and enjoy surrounding. If you like to sing, I am more than happy to come and switch on the Karaoke. I probably let guest enjoy whole house. But have to pay according to number of guests. Will arrange room as the number of guest comes in. No novisitors and party allowed. Only guest are allowed to enter the premises. Nothing else, all what I need to hand it back to me as you got it. It is a precious house and will let you to enjoy while you stay there.
