Sunny’s Place

Welcome to Sunny’s Place. It’s a studio guesthouse located next to our home, set amongst big trees and a peaceful creek in beautiful Lisarow. The guesthouse is a small studio (with an ensuite) that is well equipped with most things you might need. Our family home is close by but you’ll have plenty of privacy & the guesthouse has a separate entry. It is near to the train line so you'll hear some trains during your stay with us. Please note, pool is available 1 October through to 31 March. What makes our place unique is the beautiful outlook. It's set on an acre of park-like grounds and we have some great outdoor spaces. Plus there's a resident platypus in the creek you might spot if you’re lucky :) Feel free to use the pool (available 1 October - 31 March), light a campfire or enjoy a quiet drink under the festoon lights in the evening. Access to the guesthouse is via a pin code lock. You’ll receive the check in details prior to arrival. Happy for guests to have as much privacy as they like but happy to socialise too if that’s more your vibe :) Lisarow is a suburb of the Central Coast, located 5km from the Ourimbah exit of the M1. * Local shops are 3km away (Coles, restaurants, pub etc) * 15 minutes drive to Westfield Tuggerah and Erina Fair. * 25 minutes drive to beaches * 25 minutes drive to Glenworth Valley We’d recommend you travel by car but there is public transport (buses) which can drop you within 200m.
