The main bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom consists of a queen bed & a single bed. The queen beds have electric blankets. 3rd bedroom consisting of 2 single beds. Large spacious lounge has a click clack sofa for an extra sleeper if needed. All linen supplied. Gas heating. Air conditioner/heating. Washing machine & dryer. An undercover outdoor bbq entertaining area which is very bright, sunny & welcoming is in the large enclosed yard, also plenty of room for boats and cars.
