Villa in the heart of Etruria - Golf and seaside

Room of about 20 sm in a large villa situated in the green Tuscia countryside in front of a golf course ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) 6 km from Tarquinia and 1 km from the seaside. Ideal starting point for a stroll in the ancient necropolis of Monterozzi, or a visit to the Etruscan Museum, to the "Civita" and to other sites of historic significance such as Vulci and Tuscania . La stanza é ampia e luminosa, con cabina armadio, letto matrimoniale e terrazzino. La villa é dotata di ampio patio esterno, ove verrà servita la colazione nella bella stagione, e di giardino di ca. 600 mq. You will be staying in a bright and airy room, equipped with a walk-in wardrobe, double bed and a balcony. The house is endowed with an ample patio, a smaller 1st floor terrace where breakfast will be served in spring and summer, and a 600 sm garden. In primavera ed estate gli ospiti avranno accesso al giardino, al patio ed alla terrazza ove potranno consumare la colazione mattutina dalle 7 alle 10. In inverno potranno inoltre godere del fuoco e del calore del camino del salone della casa. In spring and summer guests shall have full access to the garden, the patio, and the 1st floor terrace where breakfast is served every morning (7 to 10 a.m.) . In winter, they are welcome to sit around the fireplace and enjoy the warmth of the fire and the cosy atmosphere of the house. Sarò disponibile a fornire tutte le informazioni utili sulle numerose destinazioni archeologiche dell'area di Tarquinia e, su richiesta, ad organizzare visite ai principali siti della zona ed allestire cene all'italiana. I speak fluent English and Spanish, and I understand German. Furthermore, I graduated in History and I will be available to provide all necessary informaton on Tarquinia's main attractions . If requested, I will organize short tours to the historic sites of the area or prepare Italian style dinners. La villa é in area verde e molto silenziosa, e dista circa 1 km dal mare. Unici nel loro genere i siti archeologici di Tarquinia (tombe etrusche affrescate, Civita, quartiere medioevale). The house is situated in the countryside, but is also close to the coast (1 km). Tarquinia's archeological sites (Painted Etruscan tumbs. medioeval quarter, the "Civita") are unique in their kind and famous worldwide. Trattandosi di villa situata in campagna, é consigliabile l'uso di mezzo di trasporto autonomo. Nel periodo estivo é tuttavia attiva una linea di trasposto pubblico (bus) che collega l'area residenziale alla città di Tarquinia. Quest'ultima é servita da linea ferroviaria che permette di arrivare al centro di Roma (Stazione Termini) in circa 1h 15m. Su richiesta é possibile organizzare sia il transfer dalla stazione ferroviaria di Tarquinia alla villa, che la visita con auto privata dei principali siti storici ed archeologici dell'area. The house is the countryside, so that own transport is recommended. However, in summer public transportation is available, a bus connecting the residential area where the house is situated to Tarquinia. Tarquinia ia also connected to Rome by rail (1h 15 m to Stazione Termini, in the center of Rome). On demand, transfer by car from Tarquinia railway station to the villa can be organized, as well as transportation to the main historic sites of the area.
