On the ground floor is an open plan living space with comfortable lounge (satellite TV) dining table and kitchen with top of the range appliances and marble surfaces. There is a family shower room, a spacious twin bedroom with TV and direct access to the garden and a room with a double sofa bed that can be used as a fifth bedroom to increase the occupancy to 10. Stairs lead to the upper floor where there are a further two family shower rooms and 3 bedrooms (2 doubles/1 twin) all with TV's and doors that open out to spacious terraces overlooking the garden. Outside, the generously sized mosaic-tiled private pool attracts the sun all day and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for shade and at night it's beautifully lit creating a wonderful atmosphere for al fresco dining and grilled meals at the poolside barbecue area.
