Private Room in a farmhouse

The room is in a property surrounded by nature, olive trees and vineyards, very well connected to the center of Rome but also to the famous villages of "Castelli Romani". We have space for your car and for you to walk around and relax. The bathroom is inside the room, while the kitchen's entrance door is in the garden, at the side of your room. If you want you can also eat outisde and enjoy the sunshine. Parking, room and private bathroom, kitchen, garden. We will welcome you when you arrive to give you the keys and explain the rules, and eventually suggest places to visit. The house is in front of a bus stop (054), that will bring you to the Colle Mattia train station: from there you can get to Roma Termini in 25 minutes. The bus also stops at Pantano, where you can take the subway and reach San Giovanni in 35 minutes. If you have a car you can also visit Frascati, Ariccia, Marino, Castel Gandolfo etc... small villages famous for their food and vine and art. -IMPORTANT: when a group of people makes a reservation, we try to fill the rooms, since there are 2 beds in them. In other words, if 3 friends make a reservation, we give them 2 rooms: 2 people will stay in the same room and the other one in another room. If you have some needs (for example, 3 people who want to have one room each, or 3 people who want to stay in the same room), we kindly ask you to write in advance before making the reservation. -Even if it doesn't happen very often, you may have to share the common areas (only the garden and the kitchen) with other guests: in that case we kindly ask you to respect social distancing (for example taking turns in the kitchen) and wear a mask when close to each other. - PETS NOT ALLOWED
