Beachfront Surf Villa with Pool

The villa was totally remodeled in Easter 2017. It is located in Santa Cruz, considered the 16th best beach in the world. The villa is facing the ocean with garden, barbecue, private swimming pool and fireplace. It is 5min away from an Olympic 50m swimming pool and tennis courts. There is a surf school on the beach, right in front of the house. The house has 5 rooms, 3 toilets with shower, kitchen, backyard, frontyard, furnished and decorated. There are 3 rooms for 6 people upstairs and 2 rooms for 4 people downstairs. The swimming pool is private, only you will have access. The house has laundry machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, TV, Cookware complete. Parking for 4 cars. We can arrange DVD, stereo, hair dryer and surfboards if asked. The 2 rooms downstairs can get a bit humid if it rains, but I have two dehumidifiers there to minimize the problem. I've been hosting people in Lisboa for some years and, if you wish, can recommend restaurants, nightclubs, surfing spots and cultural activities, both in Santa Cruz and Lisboa. Santa Cruz is a traditional portuguese coastal village famous for Surfing and Sea Food. The beach is right in front of the house and there are two bar/restaurants there where you can have a proper meal or some snacks and drinks. During the summer they usually have sunset parties. There are surf schools there as well, if you're interested tell me and I can arrange special prices and/or free lessons. The surf school is in the beach Fisica, where Noah restaurant is. The village is 500m down the road, and there are lots of nice restaurants (Noah, Praia do Navio, La Fontana, La Rampa, Vela d'Ouro), bars (Manel Bar, Ardebar, A Torre, Santabar) and discos (Faraó).
