The Pumula Family Cottage

The cottage is set in a cul de sac in the tranquil sub tropical area of Pumula with it's abundance of fauna and flora yet within easy reach of Umzumbe "blue flag" beach which is one of the few on the South Coast. This cottage truly offers you the best of both worlds with both bush and beach. For the avid fishermen we have Ntshambili ski boat launch less than 2km away. The emphasis has been on creating a relaxed child friendly family environment with a choice of outdoor areas. If you crave shopping malls and bright lights then this listing is NOT for you. You will be pretty much on your own as this is our holiday cottage so we will not be around to worry you. Maria our helper for more than 10 years will be there to greet when you check in, hand over the keys and will be available by prior arrangement at a fee if you need her assistance during your stay. This is a quiet neighbourhood, at night you will most likely hear the call of the tree hyrax, a variety of resident owls and stand a good chance of spotting the red duiker or bush buck with whom we share this unique space. Butterflies are abundant as is the amazing bird life. No public transport is available, you will need a vehicle.
