Our “Resort Home” is the perfect get away as a couple or a family! Need to relax? This home is perfect! Enjoy fitness rm, movie rm, sauna, or schedule an in house Massage or body wrap! Enjoy the Coffee/Tea Station & Mini Bar. We are close to everything, making it easy to get around. Potomac Mills Outlet Mall 20mins north. Stonebridge has many restaurants & a movie theater. 40mins south Wash DC, 30mins south Alexandria, MGM & National Harbor. 6mins to Quantico. 25mins to Fort Belvoir. This almost 5000sq ft. home is spacious and perfect for hosting so that everyone is comfortable. The guest room which is the main room for sleeping can sleep 3-4 with an air bed. The 2nd bedroom (aka spa room) on lower level can sleep 2-3 with air beds. Guests in this room must be age 17 or older or accompanied by an adult. Shared spaces: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Library, Fitness Room, Movie Room, Patio & Deck. While you are here we will do our best to give you privacy and stay out of your way unless you want to socialize. I am available if you need me or have any questions. We are nestled in a beautiful suburban community. We are located near the Dumfries Walmart and close access to several eateries and shopping. Rosies casino is located only six minutes away. They are two great movie theaters to choose from either AMC or Alamo Drafthouse and they are both about 20 minutes North of me. Free parking on premises and ample street parking, feel free to park on the street in front the house. If you’re wanting to get around and you don’t drive, Uber and Lyft are always accessible. There’s so many things to do within 20 minutes of this location. This very spacious and openly designed home is perfect for hosting so that everyone is comfortable. Here’s a few things to know about the home common areas… Fitness area: Enjoy the equipment. Please be careful especially on equipment you have never used before, for example the Inversion Table, it requires two people and supervision for safety reasons. By occupying this property you agree and accept full responsibility for using fitness equipment and agree to hold harmless and without blame the host and family of said premises from any and all injuries and or harm resulting from using any of the equipment in the fitness area. Movie Room: 70” flatscreen Smart TV Board games, playing cards, karaoke machine and Dart board. Off-limits at all times: 2nd floor and All Storage closets and Utility closets. Parking Free parking on premises and ample street parking. If using the driveway please use the Left side ONLY. It can fit 1 to 2 cars behind each other.
