Beautifully situated between the vineyards. Terrace of approx. 15m² with table and chairs on the sunny side. Floors all tiled with underfloor heating / cooling. Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe. Eat-in kitchen with fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed, TV with internet. All rooms with window. We are a small village with about 100 inhabitants. All shops are in the neighboring towns of Longuich, Schweich and Mehring. Everything 5-10 minutes away. You can park your car for free on the side of the property I can only recommend the Triolago in Riol, there are many leisure activities such as: wakeboarding, football golf, mini golf, a swimming lake and summer toboggan run. Or maybe a nice wine hike? Or the via ferrata in Mehring? In the neighboring village of Mehring there is also a bicycle rental, with the bike you can wonderfully explore the Moselle in a larger radius. The last picture shows the automatic key for the patio door. Unfortunately, it is expensive, so I would like a 60, - € deposit for it. Refund is made upon return on departure. There are two keys available.
