Downstairs the home comprises of a large family room with TV, pool table and leather lounge suite, bathroom with shower over bath and vanity, laundry with washing machine, dryer and toilet. Upstairs consists of an open plan kitchen/meals and lounge with wood heater, TV, DVD, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric hot plates and oven, CD player and access to the deck with gas BBQ, bathroom with large shower, vanity and separate toilet. Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a $50.00 charge deducted from your bond.
