Modern, light and spacious town centre first floor two double bedroom apartment, overlooking Bude Golf Course. Only a few minutes walk to award-winning Summerleaze beach and Bude’s array of restaurants, local shops, bars and cafes. The apartment is contemporary, with luxury fittings, modern furniture throughout and furnished to a high standard. Bude activities include surfing, the sea pool, golf, coastal walking paths, canal walks, Bude castle and more. The apartment is ideal for small families, couples, walkers and golfers - with the apartment being only a short walk to Summerleaze beach and less than 10 minutes walk to Crooklets beach. Open plan kitchen, dining and living room with 50” 4K LED smart tv and blu ray player, fully equipped modern kitchen with induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine . Fast broadband. Two double bedrooms, one with king size bed, the second with twin zip link beds which can be made to be a king bed if requested. Both bedrooms have wall mounted 32” LED tvs. Modern 2 piece bathroom with led backlit mirror, separate toilet across the hallway. Access to the apartment is through a secure coded door lock. A code will be sent to guests via txt message or email (whichever preferred) that will work throughout the stay in the apartment. No key required. Parking outside the apartment is for 2 hours, however there is a pay and display carpark a very short walk away and some surrounding residential roads are free parking. The garden areas are not for guest use as they belong to the neighbour downstairs. This is down to the guest(s). We live less than 5 minutes away and for guest privacy we have provided the coded door lock. We can however be available to meet at the apartment to welcome guests if required. If guests need any further assistance at any time during their stay we are always available on mobiles and via email. The apartment is available all year round. As the apartment is on the first floor, there is a staircase up to the accommodation.
