Bright airy house within Southville/Ashton area.

We live in a bright airy house, and very peaceful area within Southville / Ashton area, nearby Ashton Gate Stadium - about 10 minutes walk. Ashton court (where the international balloon fiesta is held yearly) is about 20-25 minutes from our house. Our home is shared with our 23 yr old son. People from all backgrounds are welcome - male, female, student, travellers - study, leisure and work. **NOTE**SORRY, NOT TO HOST GUEST THAT NEEDING TO ISOLATE TRAVELLING FROM ABROAD - can discuss further. Double small room. Prefers ONE guest only. Very weak wifi signal in the bedroom but able to use the 2nd sitting room with stronger signal providing guest privacy. The room can get cold at night but there is a radiator with centralised heating over the winter which is automatically set for few hours in the morning and night. Extra blanket can be provided. A downstairs toilet is available. Access to our garden, 2nd sitting room dedicated for our guest, use our fridge, kitchen, cooker, microwave, toaster. Extra small cost to be arranged when using the washing machine and dryer. Free wifi access (weak signal in the bedroom but able to use the 2nd sitting room or conservatory which has got stronger wifi signal) We are very happy to provide any information about Bristol, travel plans, bus information, recommend local restaurant bars/ restaurants/ cafes, etc. Really quite and peaceful neighbourhood. We are about 5 minutes walk from trendy North Street in Ashton/Southville area. Local pubs/bars, restaurants, take aways shop, cafes, butcher, green grocer, bakeshops, deli store, supermarket within 5-10 minutes walk. Nearby parks about 5-10 minutes walk. Greville Smyth Park about 10 minutes walk. Or Ashton Court for about 20-25 minutes walk. Easy off street parking is available free of charge at all times, within the nearby premises. Option 1: Nearest bus stop is about 2 minutes walk (Luckwell Road access Bus 24) from our house or Option 2: This bus stop is about 5-7 minutes walk (West Street access Bus 75 or 76). It takes about 20 minutes to the city centre using the bus. Walking distance to city centre, coach station and train station (Temple Meads Train Station)- it will take about 30-40 minutes to walk, depending how slow or fast you can walk. Local Parsons Street Train Station is about 10 minutes to walk. Bus journey to Bristol International Airport (West Street access) takes 20-30 minutes, catching the bus in West Street. Check in at 14:00 and check out at 11:00 or can be negotiable and arranged prior. Strictly no shoe policy inside the house. (New fitted carpet) Tidy the shower, bathroom and kitchen after each use. Keep everyone's privacy and not to invite friends back to our home without arrangement prior. Can smoke outside - front garden and back garden. Strictly no consumption of drugs within the premises. Self service light breakfast - cereal and toast - tea/coffee is part of the deal of your stay. Wifi access is weak on this room but able to use the 2nd sitting room with stronger wifi signal.
