This "Vigneron" house, 19th century, is charming and ideally located in the center of Couchey (1st village of the Grands Crus de Bourgogne road), 15mn from Dijon, 30 mn from Beaune. Parking space inside or in the street. With an area of 120m2 house (1300sf) it has a large courtyard with a covered terrace equipped for meals, a playground and a small lawn for sunbathing. You will also have an access to an authentic and magnificent cellar, just to have fresh temperature, or to taste good wines from Burgundy. In summary this house combines the charm of historic mansions with modernity, thanks to all of its fully renovated facilities achieved this summer 2018. You will have at your disposal on the ground floor: - a large living room of 40 m² (430sf) with a big fireplace and with adjoining fitted kitchen - a spacious and bright bathroom with a bath-shower - WC Upstairs, in the attic, 2 bedrooms with new bedding: - a small one(18 m²) (194sf) with 2 single beds joined or not (80cm x 200cm) (31.5"x78.7") - a large one (35 m²) (377sf) with 1 double bed (160cm x 200cm) (63"x78.7"), and a home theater. All linen, towels, tea towels, sponges, household equipment and products, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and bathroom products are available at no extra charge. In summary, it is a house where one feals happy to spend a night or more to fully enjoy our beautiful region, its cultural heritage (Dijon, Beaune, Clos de Vougeot ...), its gastronomy and wines, its vineyards and the surrounding countryside: the Ouche valley and many hiking trails in the hills and back-hills between Dijon and Beaune. For amateurs, there are 3 golf courses nearby and the Jura is one hour away. Welcome to Maison Rameau ! I will be happy to meet you and to advise you if needed. Of course, it's possible to communicate and exchange informations before your stay. The house is situated in the heart of the old village, 100 meters from the town hall and the little shops: bakery/café, grocery/tobacco shop and, a little further on, hairdresser, pharmacy and doctor. All is within walking distance, down the little streets of Couchey, nearly all of which have recently been repaved, some with traditional cobblestones. For those without a car, there is a « Transco » bus, number 60, which stops about every hour, just 100 meters from the house and which takes you to Dijon or to Gevrey Chambertin. There is another line, Dijon - Beaune (the bus stop is on the main road RN74, at the traffic lights, near the shop VIAL) which stops 7 times a day. Smoking is not allowed inside, pets are not longer allowed.
