In the centre of the charming village of Plessala, with bar, restaurant, pattiserie, creperie, charcuiterie, supermarket, kids play area all within a short walk. Offroad parking for 2 cars. Front room includes a flatscreen tv with freesat, 3 seat settee and electric recliner arm chair. Dining room includes an extending table and chairs plus a cabinet and chest with various games. Games room includes 3 seat settee and 2 arm chairs, a flatscreen tv with freesat, a table football and dartboard. To the side of the house is parking for 2 cars and a locking gate with external light. To the rear is a paved area with a folding table, chairs and 2 wooden recliners plus a sun awning. Behind this is a small lawned area. There is a shed where much of this is stored. There is an inflatable kids paddling pool and pump under the external wooden stairs. The whole house is available I will be available by phone and the neighbors opposite the house will be available to answer any queries. The local shops are all nice and the bar often has live music on a Friday night. There is a weekend market on the square by the church. Plessala is a hotspot for cyclists and ramblers with quiet roads and open countryside.
