The villa was built to provide high quality vacations, while respecting the traditional island architecture/identity and matching the natural environment of the area. It consists of two floors. The first one has 2 bedrooms with balconies, a dining room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The second one has a living room with a fireplace, 3 balconies, a bathroom and a bedroom. It is fully equipped and has exclusive access to a large yard, a big kiosk, a yard shower spot and a bbq place. A perfect place for quiet vacation if you don't want to be disturbed. The yard is equipped with a BBQ for meat/fish lovers and a large kiosk with a table with many chairs so you can choose whenever you want to eat without being burnt/disturbed by the sun. The villa has 24 hours hot water. Guests have access to all households appliances, equipment, amenities and facilities: Top quality anatomic mattresses and pillows. Free Wi-Fi. Clean sheets and towels provided at arrival and changed every 3 days. 1 Smart TV 40''. A/C to every floor. Fully equipped kitchen. Traditionally built BBQ place. Large kiosk with table and chairs for your yard moments. A yard shower spot. All points of interests are provided by the housekeeper if requested. Private parking. Car is mandatory. The booking management is done by me, Alexander, but your hostess and housekeeper will be a person that works for us every summer, in order to take care of your needs/requests and the property. She will be staying in an apartment at the ground floor of the villa, a space with no connection with the floors that you'll be staying and you can contact her if you need anything at anytime. You have complete and utter freedom with respect to reasonable house rules. No one will interact or disturb you unless you request assistance. For such purpose, feel free to knock Natalia's door. -The area is really quiet and you rarely hear cars or any kind of annoying sound. -The Skala Maries village has 2 grocery stores, a meat market, a bakery and a lot of traditional taverns at a 5-10 min. walking distance. -The 2 beaches are also at a 5-10 min. walking distance and are fully organised with beach bars etc. Skala Maries is near 3 beaches. Platana, that is located right before the village, the main beach that is in the center of the village and Atspas, that is located at the other side of the village and is a 5-10 min. walk away. All of them are fully organised with beach bars that serve coffees, drinks and small snacks. At the center of the village you can find a lot of restaurants by the beach that serve daily fresh sea food and not only. Also, Skala Maries, is a 10 minute drive away from the village of Limenaria and (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min. away from the village of Potos.
