Welcome to the friendly chalet on the upper part of Epagny. Partially renovated this year, the chalet can host up to 8 persons. Nearby : a commercial area where you can find all you need. The chalet is conveniently located close to the highway exit and 15 min away from Annecy with its lake, its old town and it's shops. A countryside atmosphere is waiting for you, with its relaxing vibes and its greenery The rental includes a vast and pleasant outdoor garden! On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a living/dining room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second floor, there is a second bathroom, 3 more bedrooms, including one with a baby cot. You have a garage at disposal, a garden and 2 terraces large enough to enjoy a meal or drink an "aperitif”. On the front lawn, there is an esplanade to park cars.
