The Annex (sleeps 4-6 with Hot Tub)

The Annex is rated 5 STAR by Quality in Tourism. It is a completely independent unit at one end of our family home. A traditional Devon Long-house, it is a charming, stone, character cottage with its own hot tub and shared swimming pool and tennis court. SLEEPS 4+2 in two bedrooms You’ll love my place because of the spectacular views of the coast, the rose growing over the door, the standard of furnishings, fittings and facilities and The Thatched Inn 10 mins walk down the road Situated on the edge of a friendly village and of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty overlooking the North Devon coastline. The Annex is a self contained 2 bedroom property with its own kitchen, lounge and own access. It has its own private hot tub and large gas BBQ outside with a shared swimming pool (heated Easter-October) and tennis court in the garden (shared with the neighbouring property) My husband and I live next door so will probably be available or close by if help is needed but are happy to give our guests space to enjoy the facilities without crowding them. Close to the South West Coastal Footpath and Tarka Trail, walking and cycling in North Devon is delightful. Sandy surfing beaches, rocky shores and fishing villages fill the coastline with beautiful Exmoor and Dartmoor inland. Tourist Attraction, The BIG Sheep is the other side of the village and The Ultimate High Adventure Park is within walking distance. Cosy country pubs and shopping for locally produced food and art and crafts will mean there is something for everyone on a special break to North Devon whatever the season. We have off road parking There is limited public transport although there are a few buses which stop in the village and taxis are available at reasonable rates The nearest train station is Barnstaple The swimming pool and tennis court is shared with the neighbouring property, which is rented independently.
