The location is fabulous - within about 500 metres from two beaches, access to coastal walkways close by, and easy walking distance to an array of eateries, shops, and public transport. If you do need your car, there's off-street parking in front of the villa. Inside it's like home away from home. Set in a private and peaceful location, the floor plan is spread across two levels. The decor is light and bright, and there's even a glimpse of the sea from the bedrooms - the second of which is a single with double bed. If you're eating in, appliances are modern and European with a dishwasher to help with the drudgery, and the smart TV streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime provides for in-house entertainment. Guests have full access to the dwelling. We live next door and are happy to interact, or not, as you so desire. La Piccolo Casa is enviably sandwiched between Murrays Bay and Rothesay Bay beaches. It's an easy walk - particularly at low tide - to neighbouring bays, Mairangi and Browns, meaning a surplus of lifestyle benefits are virtually on the doorstep. Eat, drink, shop, exercise, swim. Is really easy - walk, drive, ride the bus or dial up an Uber.
