Santa Úrsula is located in the north of Tenerife. The highest point of the municipality, which extends from the coast, is located in the Morra de Itote at 1794 meters above sea level. Although the slopes are gentle in the abrupt coastal area, they are accentuated in the midlands and at the summit. Santa Úrsula only has two small coves, located in the areas of Santa Ana and Charco del Negro. Some of the protected areas of the municipality are the Special Natural Reserve of Las Palomas and the Protected Landscapes of Las Lagunetas and Costa de Acentejo.
