There’s a mix of double and single beds, all of which are presented to an incredibly high standard in carpeted bedrooms. The room with the double bed and single bed has an ensuite shower and WC, while the double room has its own WC. These are in addition to the shower room on the ground floor and the separate bathroom up on the first. So there’s little chance of anyone having to wait long while you’re all getting ready to go out for the day (or night). Downstairs is where you’ll find the very large open plan kitchen/dining area. Impress your fellow guests with your culinary skills in a fully equipped kitchen. How about rustling up a meal on your first night or a Sunday roast for everyone? You can all sit and enjoy it at the dining table and then afterwards, throw open the foldback patio doors that open-up the entire width of the house, giving you a huge access point into the back garden which is all yours to enjoy during your stay. Other highlights include the separate utility room in which you can take care of your laundry needs (so there’s no need to worry about where the nearest launderette is if you’re staying long-term). You also get a smart lounge area with a sofa and flat screen TV where you can relax in much the same way you would at home. So if you’ve got tickets, make sure you get to the ground in plenty of time by staying a short distance from the stadium right here in this 4 bed house. SWANSEA CITY CENTRE: There’s plenty to keep you busy here, including boutique stores and department stores, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. MUMBLES SEASIDE VILLAGE: More shops, pubs, and eateries here plus the delights of Swansea Bay to enjoy. SWANSEA GRAND THEATRE: Catch a performance and then head back to the house as it’s not too far. Should you be staying in Swansea as part of a group of contractors, or with fellow colleagues, the transport links and the presence of a free parking space at the back of this house makes getting to local industrial estates, retail parks and business districts easy enough. You get a private parking space at the back of the house which means you can drive around the South Wales area safe in the knowledge you’ll always have somewhere to leave your car when you get back. No car? No problem. Make the most of buses that serve the area or order taxis to get you from A to B. It’s up to you. Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS. There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house. No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area. Our properties are cleaned regularly once our guests have checked out ready for our next guest. On occasion it may be a couple of days since the last guest checked out and you may find some settlement dust, this is normal. Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you'll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay. If anything is out of the ordinary for a normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP!
