This charming, pet friendly cottage is located in Ellisville, less than 8 miles away from historic downtown Laurel. Our one bedroom cottage has a kitchenette with countertop appliances, coffee station, smart tv with cable, WiFi and washer and dryer. Relax on the new sleeper sofa and queen size memory foam mattress. With CLOSE proximity to the railroad, earplugs and a sound machine are also available for guests. Outdoors you will find a gas grill, a large backyard. and plenty of parking space. Our all new cottage has a perfect mix of old and new decor.Along with new furnishings, we have included items from our 1930’s cottage which was featured on Season 1 Episode 6 of HGTV’s Home Town. It is our goal for your stay at our cottage to be comfortable. If a need should arise, we are minutes away and will respond promptly. Please note, if traveling with a pet, there is a $40 pet fee. We also have ebikes available for rent for those wishing to explore Downtown Laurel and the Historic District. If you would like more information, let us know. Jones County rests inside the Crescent Railroad Corridor which spans 13 states from New York to Louisiana. This railway passes just behind the cottage. The kids, and adults, love to watch the Amtrak as it quickly passes. If this is not your cup of tea, we have provided earplugs and a sound machine. The property is private with its own driveway.
