Upstairs is the open plan living and dining area with water view, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining terrace. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture and Weber electric grill the terraces offer pure holiday feeling and breathtaking sunsets. The relaxation area of the house is on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom scores with a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window, through which the breathtaking water can be enjoyed and an adjacent surrounding terrace. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second bedroom with two single beds. Two more sleeping spaces are on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area. Of course, when you take a sauna or brush your teeth, you will also see the sea and swans swimming by. If you want to travel by boat, this is the place for you. Directly at the house is a private mooring with shore power and water. A private parking space is located directly on the jetty. Our favorite spot: relax with a sundowner on the rooftop terrace ... enjoy the holiday and the sunset. And with a little luck, you will also spot jumping porpoises in the harbor basin.
