Private Cottage Style apartment for two adults (sorry no infants or children) set in 1.5 acre woodland garden. Large raised deck. Lounge/kitchenette/dining room with microwave & fridge. Stairs leading to bathroom with bath & separate spacious shower. Large bedroom with Mahogany Sleigh Bed. There is no oven/hob in the apartment, microwave and toaster only. 40 inch 4K UHD Smart TV with Freeview HD, Blu Ray player with a selection of DVDs and free Netflix in stunning 4K/UHD. Free wi-fi. The apartment is detached and private away from the main house. There is a large raised deck where you can relax and unwind overlooking our woodland garden, perhaps with a takeaway meal and a bottle of your favourite wine. We are always on hand to assist you in any way (generally working in the garden!!) There is a newly refurbished pub/restaurant in the village (The Duck at Yeoford) which is acquiring a very good reputation for food and service. The Tarka Railway line is also within walking distance, so you can leave your car behind and travel by train to Exeter, Exmouth, Topsham & Barnstaple. Ample parking behind closed gates at night. Sorry but our accommodation is unsuitable for infants/toddlers. There will be a selection of cereals, tea, coffee, milk and fruit juice. Chocolate biscuits and a cookie jar are also provided for you. There is no cooker/hob in the apartment, microwave and toaster only.
