The villa is laid out over two floors, connected by both an internal open wooden staircase and a beautiful external Tuscan stone staircase. The villa is spacious (160 square meters) and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. From the main entrance on the ground floor, one accesses the large living room, which features a large open fire place, very cozy for cold winter evenings. The living room is complete with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a Bowers & Wilkins sound system, featured by the available WiFi connection. Also on the ground floor you find the fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The sleeping area is located on the first floor of the villa and consists of two double bedrooms (one with an attached room with a sofa bed) and two bathrooms, with shower and bath. Fenced and private, the well maintained and shaded garden leads to a lovely swimming pool, where there are sunbeds and parasols for guests to use.
