Equipped Facilities:- - Total 1 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. - Ideal for 2 to 3 guests. - 1 queen size bed for 2 guests. - 1 single mattresses for 1 guest. - Air conditioning and heating system - hard wood chair for 3 people - Fridge, washing machine, dehumidifier, microwave , kettle, induction cooker, toaster, kitchen utilities & dining set. - Shower with hot water(Red is cold water, blue is hot water only shower head) - Hair dryer - A dining set for 3 people - Cooking facilities are provided - Unlimited internet Wifi - small pretty garden Guests privacy is fully assured but if there are requests for information on the surrounding food & shopping or even tourist attractions, we will be most happy to accommodate all these request over a cup of coffee & we will offer our most extreme help to ensure our guest have a comfortable stay with us likes a family. We will be in attendance. There will be no stay in owners except for our guests. We will provide utmost assistance & information to our guests on any request or help that is necessary. Nearby we have many famous local eating restaurant. 2) Shopping:- Less than 3km to Lotte department store and Nampodong. You can see Pusan city view at rooftop of department and many stores. 3) Entertainment and Nightlife:- Only 2.9 km to Nampodong, 7 km seomyeon which is Pusan the most happening entertainment and nightlife spot. Easy to go there with public transportation with subway and buses. 2 mins walk, there are some bars and restaurants near the stay. 4) Busan air cruise 4.5 km to Busan air cruise at Songdo-beach. You can see Pusan beach and enjoy the sight seeing with air cruise. 5) Gamcheon Culture village The most beautiful village in the Asia. 2.9 Km from home 10mins by taxi. Airport to house:- + Airport (Gimhae international airport) is 14 km away from house. + 30 minutes driving journey from the airport to our house. + You can use taxi (4 people+ 4 small luggages) from the airport.(one riding KRW 15,000) + You can use van (4 people+ 4 big luggages) from the airport.(one riding KRW 35,000) + You can use subway and bus combination is cheapest way to house but not easy. (You drop the Sa-sang station and get the bus number 8, stop the station name seoyeogo and walk 4 mins to house) (one person for KRW (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , around 1 hour) Busan KTX SRT station to house:- - subway Busan station to Dongdaeshin station(108 line1) . Exit 3, you can use elevator. You can walk 5-7 mins to home.( I will send the pics to home 2days before your check in). Bus stop 3 mins walk from home. We have 4 bus stop. Easily you can go where you want. Taxi One min from home. You can get taxi where you are. Our Service Guide:- Before Booking + We will reply to your inquiry within 1-2 hours (Pusan, Korea time is GMT+9, if your inquiry is sent 11pm-7am Pusan, Korea Time, we will reply you once we wake up at 8am Korea Time.) After Booking + We will arrange meet up point and time with you. + We will advice transportation options from Airport(train station) to the stay. On Your Arrival Day + We will meet you at meet up point, and bring you to our house. + We will brief you about the unit, the house, dongdaeshing-dong area, Pusan and transportation options available During Your Stay + We will stand by for any repair, and emergency + We can advice you on places to visit or any information that you need + We will inform you if there is any news that you may need to know Check Out / Departure + We can arrange for transportation for you to go to Airport, train station (additional service) More information Terms and Conditions:- 1) All guest must agree to the following rules whereby any unacceptable activity and damaging of property goods will not have their security deposits returned. I.e.: Parties, mass gatherings, and illegal tenants. 2) Electricity usage is included in rental. Please switch off all electrical items, air-con and lights when you go out. Be Eco-friendly to the environment. 3) Housekeeping. The house will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival and after your departure. You will be responsible for the cleaning of your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. Additional cleaning fees KRW 100,000 might be charged if cleanness is unacceptable. 4) Check-out before 10:00am & Check-in after 15:00pm. Early check-in / late check-out are chargeable KRW 10,000 for every 1 hour and subject to availability. 5) All guests must show passport / IC and registered themselves at host. 6) The unit is a non-smoking area apart from a separate smoking zone. Smoking only at garden or outside of house. Failure to observe the non-smoking policy will result in charging the Guest with the amount of KRW (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ) Pets are not allowed.
