Durbuy: great villa with extremely beautiful view

This modern villa is near the old city of Durbuy. You can walk in 20 minutes to the restaurants and shops. This villa is the starting point for great walks, beautiful bicycle tours and the visit of Durbuy Adventure where you can book rock climbing, rappel, escape room etc. You can also rent there bicycles and canoes. It is a five minutes walk from the villa. The villa has a big living room, more as 60 m² with open kitchen and two seating areas. From the living room you have a great view. Not only from the living room you have a great view but also from the big terras of 40m². This is a unique concept you will not find in other villa's near to Durbuy. You can spend your holiday in this villa, only for you. There are no other residents on this 5000 m² plot of land. You can reach me by mail and phone if there is any problem. But I am not living there. The Ardennes are as beautiful as for exemple the Lake District in UK. In the Rough Guide: Make the Most of Your Time on Earth they describe the Ardennes (98) as 'the surprise' of Belgium. Bicycle and walking routes are starting near the villa. Durbuy adventure is in five minutes walking. There are a lot of activities to do. The nearest railway station is Barvaux, about 5 km from the villa. The nearest airports are Liège, Charleroi and Zaventem. Specials seats and table for the terras, also big sun umbrella. Parking plot for more as 5 cars.
