The house is located in open fields, in a small hamlet of 3 houses on the edge of a picturesque pond, close to the forest of Rocked which is the panorama, 20km from the banks of the Loir. The cities of Chateau du Loir and Ecommoy each offer a well-stocked market. The village of Jupilles has a bakery, a butcher and grocery store, a cafe-tabac, a restaurant-creperie.
